HangRelief™ and all future proprietary formulations developed by Blue Ocean Group are patent pending under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).:

This international filing ensures recognition and protection of our patent rights across all PCT contracting states, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and India.:

Our patent applications comprehensively protect the innovation behind our formulations, covering every critical aspect of composition, process, and presentation. Specifically, our intellectual property rights extend to:

• Unique formulation composition and ingredient ratios – including all combinations, proportions, and synergistic blends of amino acids, electrolytes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and bioactives designed to support hangover recovery, liver protection, hydration, and metabolic balance.
• Manufacturing process and method of preparation – encompassing proprietary sequencing, blending, solubilisation, encapsulation, stabilization, and drying techniques used to enhance bioavailability, flavour, and product stability.
• Method of use and intended application – covering proprietary dosage regimens, forms of administration, and physiological or therapeutic uses related to hangover relief, liver function, hydration, energy restoration, and antioxidant protection.
• Functional and synergistic nutrient mechanisms – protecting the biochemical pathways and interactive nutrient mechanisms that deliver enhanced physiological efficacy beyond the sum of individual ingredients.
• Dosage forms and delivery systems – including but not limited to oral powders, effervescent granules, ready-to-drink liquids, capsules, tablets, gummies, shots, and other nutraceutical presentations.
• Variants and derivatives of the composition – encompassing all future versions, improvements, reformulations, or adaptations involving the addition, removal, or substitution of any ingredient, excipient, or carrier, while maintaining the core synergistic or functional intent.
• Product design, packaging, and export configuration – including proprietary sachet or bottle formats, secondary packaging, and design elements developed for enhanced usability, regulatory compliance, and market differentiation.

Blue Ocean actively monitors global markets for infringement and reserves full rights to enforce its patent, trademark, and copyright protections under applicable international treaties and national laws.

7.4 Trade Secrets & Confidential Information

Our ingredient ratios, formulation processes, test data, and manufacturing methods are protected as trade secrets under international law, including the TRIPS Agreement (WTO).

Unauthorised disclosure or reverse engineering of proprietary data is strictly prohibited.

7.5 Copyright & Digital Assets

All written, visual, and digital materials—including product photography, packaging design, and website content—are protected under the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and international copyright law.

Copying or reproducing these materials without written consent is forbidden.

7.6 Enforcement & Global Jurisdiction
