Fit Formulas, based in the UK, was founded by Prathamesh Deshmukh, a pharmacist by qualification with a master’s degree in pharmacology from the University of Oxford. With over 20 years of experience in global pharmaceutical companies—including GSK, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, and Abbott Laboratories, Prathamesh has worked across key functions such as Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
